In the past week I have seen a short on the making of “Free Solo”, watched the TED talk you linked to, and now seen the film itself. An incredible movie and worth seeing on a big screen to see the scope of El Capitán. Even if you only climb the stairs I recommend this film. And with winter approaching you can camp in Yosemite Valley to see it in real life without the crowds. If you go in winter, wear shoes.

I hope they are feeling better today, hiking barefoot is like building pain tolerance for the time you step barefoot on a Lego.

We love beating barefoot! Can’t way all the places we’ve hiked I would be brave enough for it though
