Craziness of finals week has saturated me and Carrot (as always!) came up with a great idea: Interviewing T! I didn’t take it seriously at first but I was running out of time and my research loaded¹ brain was not coming up with anything better. Being a Mass Communication major means many things, but one of these is that I can practice interviewing with my son. He has come with me to several interviews that I have had to do for school projects and is, to my surprise, very aware of the whole process. “Mami, little kids understand more than you think,” he said. T was right, I was in awe by his reaction and excitement as soon as I told him that I would be interviewing him, “Me?! You will be interviewing ME?!” he jumped and started to ask about the camera and where and how he had to sit. This time will only be audio, but do not fret, this kid is up for anything.

T said it! Winter 2018: Rock climbing road trip! We are SO SO excited! We are still planning some things out so more details when the date comes closer 😅 For now.. Any recommendations? I love this. Especially that he will tell you again and that he says thank you to the trees. I wonder where you’re going where there will be snakes, but T is right. It’s always a good idea to be super, super, super, super careful. ❤

Since I don’t know where you’re going, hard to say. IF you’re heading to the Southwest, I’d love to hear how You and T see the beautiful sandstone, how it feels to T when he puts his hands on it and goes up a bit. I think it’s magical and maybe he will, too. ❤ Martha

This so cute! Shows just how important it is to get our children outside if at all possible. Because of my disability, sadly we do not get out enough. Or, is it I use my disability as an excuse. Either way you inspire me!
