Overnight Mountain Oats!

Nutritious and refreshing is the vibe when it comes to Overnight Mountain Oats. Prepare the night before, then toss them in your bag for a scrumptious treat at camp or along the trail. This is literally one of the best things anyone has ever made!

Hmmm…I don’t usually bring a blender and a refrigerator to the mountains, but…I guess if you have a well-equipped van, it works. I made overnight coffee cake once when finding a natural reflector oven, mixing up a batter, and letting it bake all night.

Haha…you are really missing out, blenders and refrigerators are the only way to go! I bet once the temps drop this could be done out side though. Overnight coffee cake in a natural reflector oven might be the coolest thing I’ve heard of! That is amazing!
