On this episode of Dirtbag Diner our very own Gaia jumps back in front of the camera to share one of the simplest and delicious recipes for lightweight hiking!
Banana Puddle Pudding!
Nothing beats a sweet treat while out on the trail, weighing in at just a few ounces, this is one of our most packable recipes yet! What this recipe lacks in weight it compensates for in taste. Who knew that trail snacks could be so delicious!

Episode #8 – Banana Puddle Pudding

Yummy! Where the bananas “crushed” in with the wafers when pudding was added? I’m still making the overnight oats! Thanks for new treat! 🙌🏻

It’s been so hot lately, it has been tough to get out, hopefully in a month we can get back to the trail, and the snacks of course! This recipe is so simple and refreshing, I think you’ll like this one too! Thank you for the encouragement! -Gaia
