Designing shirts has been fun. This last month we focused on creating shirts that represent some of the most historic climbs of all time. We’ve included routes like Midnight Lightning, To Bolt or Not To Be, Wallstreet, and Biographie. I really like the way Action Directe turned out, but also Punks In The Gym, and Silence, and Return Of The Sleepwalker.
Hopefully the specific niche of climbing themed shirts and the even more specific niche of historic climbs themed shirts finds a market. That being said we are currently designing some other overly specific niches that may catch your eye.
Here are a few idea’s we’ve been batting around:
- Octogenarians who grew up near an apple orchard.
- Coders who still use Windows 95.
- Picklers (people who pickle food, not people who play pickle-ball).
- Owners of buffalo and/or ostrich farms.
- John Tesh.
- Cribbage Players.
They all seem like very profitable markets, so we’ll have to see where our Muses lead us.
Before appealing to picklers (people who pickle food, not people who play pickle-ball) however, we have been working on some philosophy themed shirts, including some famous philosophical dilemmas, and some naturalist inspired shirts. Those themes should be popping up in the coming weeks, so if you have an interest in nature and philosophy in addition to climbing and historic climbs, then please drop into our new shop and take a look!
