Fitness & Career

Q: What do you do for a living?

A: I’m a personal trainer.

Q: How long have you been doing that, and do you have any certifications?

A: I’ve been a personal trainer for three years now, and I hold my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Q: How important is fitness to you?

A: Fitness has always been incredibly important to me. Ever since I was young, I’ve enjoyed competing in things like Spartan Races, Savage Races, and rock climbing. I feel like the best version of myself when I stay active and dedicate time and energy to taking care of my body and treating it the best I can.

Q: What is the best advice for people trying to get into fitness?

A: Start by setting small, achievable goals and build on them as you accomplish each one. Setting overly ambitious goals early on can be discouraging and make it harder to stay motivated.

It’s also important to remember that what truly matters is becoming the best version of you—not comparing yourself to others. Everyone is unique in their own beautiful way, and focusing on building confidence while training both your body and mind is what matters most.

Beast Games Experience

Q: What season of Beast Games did you compete on?

A: Season 2.

Q: What team were you on?

A: The Strong Team.

Q: What number were you on Beast Games Season 2?

A: I was number 159.

Q: What made you apply to Beast Games Season 2?

A: My husband really enjoys watching MrBeast, and we watched Season 1 of Beast Games together and loved it. He told me to audition because he had a gut feeling I would get on. He helped me make an audition video, we submitted it, and the rest is history.

Q: What was your reaction when you got asked to compete on Beast Games Season 2?

A: I was really excited and couldn’t wait to see what kind of crazy adventure it would turn into.

Q: What was the toughest part of being on Beast Games, and why?

A: The toughest part was not being able to talk to friends and family while I was away filming. I’m a homebody at heart, so being gone for a long time with no communication was really hard.

That said, being surrounded by incredible people on the show made the experience so much better. Getting to talk with them and connect helped make it all worth it.

Q: What’s your best advice for people who want to apply to future Beast Games seasons?

A: Be yourself in your audition tape and just have fun with it.

Personality & Competition

Q: What are three words to describe your personality, and why?

A: Adventurous, energetic, and caring. I love to travel and seek thrills like paragliding and cliff jumping. My friends and family often describe me as energetic because I have a lot of energy and love to laugh and have fun.

I’d also say I’m caring because I truly see the people around me and always want to help and encourage them—probably one of the reasons I love being a personal trainer so much.

Q: What other competition shows could you see yourself competing on one day?

A: Survivor. My family and I have always loved watching the show, and we’ve talked for years about how much we’d love to be on it. I’d really enjoy the physical challenges along with the social and strategic side of the game—except for sleeping outside with insects.

Life Outside the Gym

Q: What do you like to do for fun?

A: I love working out and doing anything active like running, bike riding, pickleball, rock climbing, and hiking. On the other side of things, I also enjoy reading, organizing, and building Legos.

Q: What is your go-to workout snack before or after a session?

A: A smoothie. I usually include fruit, yogurt, collagen, protein powder, honey, and milk.

Q: What celebrity dead or alive would you want to eat lunch with, and what would you order?

A: I would eat lunch with Jesus and talk to Him about absolutely everything. I’d order ribs, mashed potatoes, and green beans—some of my favorite foods.

Goals & Reflection

Q: What is your ultimate fitness or career goal, and why?

A: Right now, my fitness goal is to run a marathon. Even though I enjoy weightlifting more than running, it’s something I’ve always wanted to accomplish. The farthest I’ve run without stopping is 10 miles, so I have a lot of training ahead of me, but it’s a big goal of mine for 2026.

Q: How has being on Beast Games Season 2 changed or affected your life?

A: Being on the show allowed me to meet so many incredible people. One of the women I met has a swimsuit business, and through her, I even got the opportunity to walk in New York Fashion Week.

I’ve also been so inspired by my fellow Strong Team teammates. Talking with them during the show pushed me to become even better at fitness and training.

Q: What’s a fact about you that would surprise people?

A: I’ve ridden both an elephant and a donkey.
