The rusty cast iron skillet is slightly unsettling. I had to keep looking at it. Lots of oxidation there.

Baking soda, corse kosher salt, a little white vinegar. Scrub/exfoliate… then olive oil… then it’ll be like new.

I used to call it spaghettio-sandwich, but I buttered the bread first. Mmmmm. Not the healthiest of choices. I never had that reaction though.
