Q: How long have you been doing Ninja Warrior?
A: I’ve been doing Ninja Warrior for over a decade now. It’s been an incredible journey!
Q: What got you started training in ninja warrior?
A: My love for physical challenges and the thrill of pushing my limits. I also wanted to find a platform to serve and love others on a global scale.
Q: What got you into international speaking?
A: My passion for inspiring others and sharing my experiences from the Ninja Warrior journey. I wanted to motivate people to pursue their dreams regardless of obstacles.
Q: What do you speak about when you go to speak places?
A: I focus on topics like resilience, goal-setting, and the importance of believing in oneself. How can we love a life with a mindset to Never Give Up?
Q: How long have you been an international speaker?
A: About five years. I’ve traveled to various events and conferences to share my story.
Q: What impacts have you made in your community?
A: I’ve worked on initiatives that promote fitness, resilience, and mental health awareness. I strive to empower youth and encourage them to find their strengths.
Q: What has been your favorite competition you’ve ever competed in?
A: The Las Vegas finals of American Ninja Warrior. The energy and atmosphere were unforgettable!
Q: What was your favorite part of the “Red Bull Rancher Strong” competition you competed in recently? And why?
A: The camaraderie with other competitors. The vibe was supportive and energizing—it reminded me why I love this community.
Q: What is your favorite ANW obstacle?
A: The Warped Wall. It’s a classic and a true test of speed and power!
Q: What is your least favorite ANW obstacle?
A: The Salmon Ladder. It’s challenging, but I respect the skill it takes!
Q: What is your advice to athletes trying to make it on ANW?
A: Stay committed, practice consistently, and learn from every fall. Resilience is key!
Q: What is the best advice you ever got from a mentor or coach?
A: My coach once told me, “Setbacks are setups for comebacks.” It’s all about how you respond to challenges.
Q: What does your saying “Never Give Up” mean to you?
A: Persistence is crucial. Every obstacle faced is an opportunity to grow stronger and learn.
Q: How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
A: Resilient, passionate, and adventurous.
Q: If you could go professional in any sport, what would it be and why?
A: Gymnastics. The strength, flexibility, and artistry involved are truly inspiring to me.

A: A protein bar or some trail mix—it keeps me fueled and energized.

A: The community. The friendships and support among competitors are incredible!

A: Japan. The culture, food, and people were all amazing—I loved experiencing their unique way of life.

A: New Zealand. The landscapes are breathtaking, and I’m a huge fan of adventure sports!

A: Wonder Woman. Her strength, compassion, and commitment to justice are qualities I admire.

A: Friends. It’s timeless, funny, and always puts me in a good mood.
