LeBron James!
Well after all the waiting and seeing where he’s going to end his career, he surprised a lot of basketball fans out there including myself by picking to play for the Philadelphia 76ers! Now the 76ers have my personal favorite player of all time that played for them which is Allen Iverson! But back on LeBron James, what if he picked the Timberwolves or Pistons to play for to end his career. I think it would obviously help both teams because LeBron has put himself as one of the greatest to play the game of basketball and bring winning mentality and mentoring young players. Here’s the projected starting lineup if he would of chose the Detroit Pistons:
- PG: Cade Cunningham
- SG: Isaiah Joe
- SF: Ausar Thompson
- PF: LeBron James
- C: Jalen Duren
Now this would be a team to compete with because not only young core but fast and skillful of teamwork and the game in general. Now let’s look at the Minnesota Timberwolves:
- PG: LaMelo Ball
- SG: Anthony Edwards
- SF: LeBron James
- PF: Jaden McDaniels
- C: Rudy Gobert
Now this is an instant championship contender in my eyes, I’m still not a fan of LaMelo being on my Timberwolves but that’s something I can’t control. Overall I think both teams would benefit and the cities if he would have chose either one. Honestly he would win a championship with the Pistons and Timberwolves in a two year contract I feel like before the 76ers! So this upcoming season should be a good one!
